2. Scope and purpose of processing
We process only the data included in correspondence sent to the e-mail address published on this website. The purpose is to handle contact, prepare responses, take steps prior to entering into a contract or pursue a legitimate interest consisting in documenting correspondence and protecting against claims.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the correspondence concerns cooperation or pre-contractual steps, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for ongoing communication, security and the establishment or defence of claims.
4. Recipients and data transfers
Data may be entrusted to providers supporting e-mail, hosting and IT security. We do not sell data. If a service provider operates outside the EEA, the transfer takes place using appropriate safeguards required by GDPR.
5. Retention period
Correspondence is retained for the time necessary to handle the matter and then for the period resulting from limitation periods for claims or legal obligations.
